In today's day and age, youth can be tormented round the clock through their devices, and some studies show this form of digital bullying is only on the rise.
What is cyberbullying exactly? To share more we invited Justin Patchin, UW-Eau Claire Professor of Criminal Justice and Co-Founder of the Cyberbullying Research Center who unpacks some of the ways youth and adults are victimized online. Justin also shares his strategy for equipping kids towards resiliency and encouraging them towards healthy tech use.
